¡Mi Cecotec Conga no se conecta al Wifi! No te preocupes, no eres el único… Los robots aspiradores Cecotec Conga tienen ciertos problemas de conexión, vinculación o sincronización con la conexión Wifi o la App. Hemos decidido hacer esta guía para ayudar y solucionar estos problemas debido al elevado número de usuarios con dificultades en nuestros canales de Telegram: Canal Cecotec Conga / Canal Vacío España.
Si no puedes sincronizar el aspirador Conga con la App móvil con los pasos indicados en el manual de instrucciones, ¡esta es tu guía! Prueba uno u otro método para olvidarte del fallo de conexión de tu Conga.
Si todavía no has podido conectar tu Conga a la Aplicación, sigue este método , necesitarás 2 teléfonos móviles, con uno crearás una red Wi-Fi con el mismo nombre y contraseña que tu router. Con el otro sincronizarás el aspirador Conga.
¿Cómo se reinicia una conga 3000?
Una de las soluciones que propone Cecotec es utilizar el robot de forma manual: reiniciar el Conga pulsando el botón «Home» durante 5 segundos hasta que se oiga un pitido y volver a pulsar hasta que se oiga el anuncio.
¿Cómo se carga una conga?
Para cargar sólo la batería, enchufe el adaptador de corriente y conecte el otro extremo del cable a la batería.
¿Cómo se limpia Cecotec?
Abra el depósito de polvo y vacíelo. Utilice el cepillo de limpieza para limpiar el interior del depósito de polvo. Monte el compartimento del polvo en el depósito Wet & Dry. Vuelva a instalar el depósito Wet & Dry en el robot.

Update 23/09/2021: seems the app is usable again. This app is the classic, «if it works don’t touch it». If you dare moving the vacuum to another floor it will go crazy either before, during or after the activity, resulting in having to map again all the previous floors. Every now and then it will decide not to connect to the app, funny enough you may use the app faster through 4G than in your own home. Completely unreliable and honestly I’m totally fed up with it.

It worked fine. But lately started having issues. I deleted the robot and tried to reconnect its stuck at the sending message to robot. Then a message connect with congalaser_number and thats it. Try manually. Same problem again. Kindly update the app. The robot is useless without the app. Either have a direct connectivity with the robot forget home Wifi..
